GENERAL TERMS · We will supply the agreed apartment, fitted to Visit Britain 4 STAR standard to include colour TV, VCR, DVD, electric cooker, fridge with 4 star freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, iron etc · Terms are weekly: Saturday to Saturday (Short breaks November to March by special arrangement) · ARRIVAL: Apartments will be available from 3.30pm. · DEPARTURE: Apartments must be vacated by 9.30am. · All electricity, including heating and hot water, is by coin meter payments (£1 coins), £7 is supplied with our compliments, (pro-rata for short breaks). Some night storage heating is provided. · All linen, towels, tea towels etc are provided. Please bring your own beach towels if required. · There is a free laundry room for the use of guests. House linens must not be laundered by guests under any circumstances. · Milk is available when ordered in advance, at guest’s expense. · Guests have the use of the extensive garden and terrace areas. · Children are welcome only during Easter holidays and through July and August. · Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. · Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome per apartment at a surcharge of £15 per dog per week. Guests are expected to keep their dogs out of the bedrooms and off the furniture, and must be exercised away from the premises (a copy of our Notice for Dog Owners will be sent to all dog owners when booking). The guest must provide all pet requirements e.g. bedding, bowls etc. · Apartments are under our direct supervision.
BOOKING CONDITIONS · The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the Booking Form. Under no circumstances can the maximum occupancy of the apartment be exceeded. · The initial reservation must be by telephone. The person making the booking must be at least 21 years old. · All guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy. · In the interest of others, guests must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within their apartment at any time and especially between 11.00pm and 8.30am. · We reserve the right to retake possession of the apartment if, in our opinion, any party acts in a manner considered prejudicial to the comfort and well being of other guests or if any of these General Terms and Booking Conditions are contravened. · Parents must accept full responsibility for their children’s behaviour and must be supervised at all times. In the interest of safety and for the benefit of all, children must not play on the stairs, garden walls or around the fishpond. We do not accept responsibility for any children injured in this manner. · The guests will be responsible for the contents of the apartment whilst in their possession. Any breakage, loss or damage to the apartment or premises, its fixtures and contents, must be reported immediately and paid for by the guests. · Young single-sex parties are not accepted. · Car parking is on the premises with provision for one car per apartment. Should you wish to bring a second car, additional space must be requested at ttime of booking.max 2 cars per apartment. · A non-refundable deposit of £50 per apartment per week should be sent with the completed Booking Form within 28 days (unless advised). Please note reservations are not guaranteed until deposit and completed booking form has been received. A receipted copy of your booking form will be sent as evidence of your deposit and booking. The balance is due upon your arrival either by cash or cheque. · If we are unable to provide the agreed accommodation for any reason (e.g. fire, flood etc) we will refund all monies paid. · Should you have cause to cancel your booking after sending the deposit you are contracted to pay the balance due. We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation on the same terms to other parties, but if we are unsuccessful the balance will be required from yourselves. |
